Please be aware that factors beyond our control—such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions—may cause shipping delays. While most orders arrive on time, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.
We provide tracking for every order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details. For assistance with tracking, please visit our Track Your Order page on the website.
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, please email us at contactkriav@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of placing the order. After shipment, address changes are no longer possible.
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package on the first delivery attempt.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
